Cancellation Policy
Welcome! I have positive expectations for a coaching relationship that helps you create the life you want to live. To partner together professionally, I want you to be familiar with the following guidelines. Terms of Coaching: I invite you to think of coaching as a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time; however, to refine and sustain the change takes several months. I begin the coaching process with a 3-month commitment on the part of both of us. Fees: There is no fee/charge for coaching. Your coaching session includes 4 scheduled sessions or calls per month, each session is an hour, emails if desired between sessions; and 5-10 minute calls as needed. The sessions will be held weekly unless agreed upon differently after our first session. Procedure: If you are unable to attend a session, we will try to reschedule for a day that same week. Changes: If you need to reschedule our appointment, please give me 24 hours notice. If I need to reschedule our appointment I will give you 24 hours notice. In the case of an emergency, we will work something out. Problems: If I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it to my attention so we can resolve it as soon as possible. My objective is to have a coaching relationship that is fully open, honest, real, and trusting in our communication styles.
