As the snow gently falls,

Your peace washes over me,

I’m reminded of all…

All my past mistakes,

All my faults,

All my shame,

All my regrets,

As my body shakes,

I remember the old hymn,

Are You Washed in the Blood,

As I admire the icy flakes,

Tears stream down my cheeks,

Words on that thin sheet,

May I always recall,

What you did for me,

So I could be...

Found in YOUR book,

For all eternity,

Oh, how my soul sings,

As the snow gently falls,

Peace in my soul,

Knowing I’m white as snow.
