Oftentimes, we feel alone. We feel as though we are fighting a battle that no one else has ever fought. We truly feel as if we are the only ones who have ever walked this lonely road.

 

The truth is, you are not alone.

God will never leave you or forsake you.

 

We have to learn to reach out to others for help because we were created for community. That is why it is important to go to church, and to share our hurts and our joys. Our family and friends want to be there for us but only when we share can they be by our side in times of sorrow and happiness.

 

The only one who knows exactly what we're going through is our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is fighting our battles.

 

He is the Lord of Armies, in the old testament Isaiah referred to God as the Lord of Armies 61 times in 66 chapters. That is almost one time for every chapter he wrote. I believe now, in our times; we can look at that and feel a sense of hope. That means that The Lord of Armies is fighting our battles every minute of the hour with an extra thrown in.  He's not just fighting the big stuff in our lives but he's fighting the little stuff too.
